Nestled in Shell, Wyoming East of Cody and Yellowstone National Park, the foothills of the Bighorn Mountains, The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch offers an exclusive and intimate western experience for a limited number of guests each week. With only 25 guests allowed at any given time, The Hideout ensures a personalized and intimate atmosphere.

The ranch combines luxury with rugged adventure. Its state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional hospitality, and custom-tailored riding programs create a unique blend of relaxation and excitement. The Hideout as a guest ranch is very focused on horseback riding and respectful horsemanship. All surrounded by caring and respectful hospitality. The Hideout herd consists of 100 horses among aside of quarter horses a growing number of Mustangs from the wild, gentled using The Hideout’s AH Horsemanship program. Guides and wranglers at this ranch are mostly well travelled friendly and safe female equestrians. Most of them with both English and Western Riding skills. Aside from riding activities, the ranch also offers non-riding activities like trapshooting, archery, guided fly-fishing, a hot tub and a nice size heated lap pool.
